It was a pleasure to deal with MBV from start to finish, especially after we had so many bad experiences with other tradies and renovation. Phil and Chrystal had great communication from the beginning and especially to accommodate our budget and needs. All the steps were explained and done correctly, including the navigation of the permits.The installers Nicky, Tom and Michael were awesome, hardworking and polite. They worked hard in last week's rain and muddy wet ground and found a clever solution to get the job done. The final result is stunning and the photos don't make justice to the actual final product. Highly recommended due to its honest, knowledgeable, great service and product. Finally a renovation that didnt go badly!
